Executive Chef Adolfo Marisi brings his expertise developed over years of working in the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. A fresh voice in Italian cuisine, with eloquent dishes of thoughtful simplicity.

Akin to Florence’s markets, Lupa will draw you in by aromas and trails of scents of ripe, late-spring strawberries or porcini mushrooms from the autumn woods. As Italy’s small towns celebrate the producer who visits from the Florentine countryside to sell vegetables, honey, organic wine, cheese, bread and oil, Lupa celebrates local farmers. Their organic produce and artisanal goods allow us to craft menus from their trustworthy seasonal harvest.
